Moffitt Cancer Center employee Myriam Escobar is at the White House today for a ceremony honoring her and seven others as “Champions of Change” for their work in public health.
The program was created for the White House to recognize people, businesses and organizations encouraging healthy change in their communities such as preventive screenings and healthy eating, according to a written statement.
