Gov. Rick Scott’s controversial drug-testing mandate, passed by the Legislature in 2011, will end up in the U.S. Supreme Court.
He decided to appeal Tuesday’s 11th Circuit Court of Appeals decision upholding the temporary ban on the state’s plan for drug testing of welfare recipients.
