The 11th Circuit court of appeals affirmed the conviction and sentence of former Hillsborough County Commissioner Keven White.
White was sentenced to three years in federal prison in March 2012 after he was convicted of bribery, mail fraud, wire fraud and conspiracy to commit fraud and bribery.
