A Tampa federal judge sentenced Mark W. Jackson, a former lawyer and Pinellas County resident, to 11 years and three months in prison for bank and mail fraud conspiracy.
Jackson also was ordered to pay restitution of $167,000 and a money judgment of $200,000, according to a written statement.
He pleaded guilty to the conspiracy charges in August 2008, but fled and was a fugitive until March 2012 when he was arrested in North Carolina.
