“American Idol” is paying a visit to Lakewood Ranch to video singer-songwriter Sam Woolf.
Woolf, 17, is a contestant on the television show.
The video will be shot from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. on Sept. 6 at MacAllisters Grill & Tavern on Main Street.
Woolf, who plays the guitar and writes his own songs, describes his music on his website as acoustic/folk/rock “with a little pop.”
