The city of St. Petersburg plans to create a downtown waterfront master plan for the area stretching from Coffee Pot Park south to Poynter Park.
The planning area includes 16 separate parks and all of the facilities and venues in it such as Albert Whitted Airport, Demens Landing Marina, Bayboro Harbor, the Museum of Fine Arts, the Port of St. Petersburg, the Museum of History and the Vinoy Renaissance St. Petersburg Resort & Golf Club, according to a written statement.
