Gov. Rick Scott has appointed Julius D. Davis to the Enterprise Florida Inc. board of directors.
Davis is a principal owner of VoltAir Consulting Engineers LLC in Tampa, a minority-owned engineering company that provides mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection design.
He succeeds Frederick W. Leonhardt on the board for a term ending in July 2016, according to a written statement. The Florida Senate must confirm the appointment.
