Lawrence S. Hart, a lawyer who formerly lived in Florida, was sentenced to 10 years in federal prison for conspiracy to commit mail and wire fraud in a $42 million conspiracy.
He was charged in 2009 and deported from Nicaragua last year, according to a statement from U.S. Attorney A. Lee Bentley III.
