As William Vasden Jr. faces the possibility of years in federal prison for his biofuel scam, a court document outlining his crimes and extravagant lifestyle using money from bilked investors paints a damaging picture.
A date has not been set for Vasden’s sentencing on 30 counts of wire fraud and one count of making a false statement. The maximum penalty for one count of wire fraud is five years in prison and a $250,000 fine.
