A Tampa federal judge sentenced David F. Lewis to six years in prison for stealing the personal information of more than 100 veterans who were inpatients at James A. Haley Veterans’ Hospital.
Lewis was charged with access device fraud and aggravated identity theft, according to a written statement. He pleaded guilty in December.
