A federal judge sentenced Tampa resident Beverly McFadden to six years and nine months in prison for participating in a stolen identity tax refund scheme.
McFadden also was ordered to pay a judgment of $351,431, according to a written statement from Acting U.S. Attorney A. Lee Bentley.
