Earl Rojelio Blanchett Jr., also known as “E,” was sentenced to 10 years and four months in federal prison on 14 charges related to tax fraud, including aggravated identity theft.
He pleaded guilty to all 14 counts of an indictment in October, according to a written statement from Acting U.S. Attorney A. Lee Bentley.
Blanchett sold seven fraudulently obtained U.S. Treasury checks with a total value of more than $77,000 last June and July to undercover federal investigators at discounted prices.…
