Gary Sasso, Carlton Fields’ CEO, is president and CEO of the new firm. Jim Jorden, founder and managing partner of Jorden Burt, is a member of the firm’s executive committee. The new firm has more than 370 lawyers and government consultants in 10 office locations, including six in Florida. The firm has about 110 lawyers in Tampa.
