Maureen Dunkel, estranged wife of Kforce Inc. CEO David Dunkel, has taken her allegations against him and Holland & Knight to civil court.
In a 64-page complaint filed Dec. 11 in Hillsborough County circuit court, she names the law firm and nine of its Tampa lawyers, alleging unfair and deceptive acts, fraud, breach of fiduciary duty and professional malpractice related to the way they represented - or failed to represent - her.
