TAMPA — Two local law firms and a Tampa lawyer are accused of fraud, civil conspiracy, negligent misrepresentation, racketeering and other charges in a 64-page federal lawsuit filed by an Ohio-based company that alleges it lost millions investing in an HMO that failed.
The Envision Insurance Co. complaint names GrayRobinson, the firm’s health care lawyer Tina Dunsford and Foley & Lardner, where she previously worked, among the defendants.
