In a statement, law firm Holland & Knight described as “meritless” allegations that it and five firm lawyers in Tampa were involved in fraudulent asset transfers.
The allegations are in a divorce case filing by Maureen Dunkel, who is seeking to dissolve her marriage to David Dunkel, CEO of Kforce (NASDAQ: KFRC), one of the area’s largest public companies.
