Joshua S. Putter, a former Health Management Associates executive living in Massachusetts, was indicted by a Fort Myers federal grand jury for destruction, alteration or falsification of records in a federal investigation.
He is accused of knowingly falsifying or making a false entry in a document on Oct. 7, 2008, to impede or obstruct a federal department or agency, according to a statement from the U.S. Attorney’s Office.
