Tampa contractor Brian Marshall could be sentenced to a maximum of five years in federal prison in exchange for pleading guilty to securities fraud that bilked investors out of more than $4 million.
He also faces a possible order for restitution and/or a fine, which would be due and payable immediately, according to his plea agreement filed in Dallas federal court.
