Tampa contractor Brian Marshall, who was scheduled for trial in Dallas this morning on a charge of securities fraud, may have been offered a plea deal.
Information circulating among contractors and others, some of whom are owed money for work done for Marshall, indicates he may have made an agreement with federal prosecutors.
