Tampa contractor Brian Marshall likely will come face-to-face in federal court with a former business associate who has already been convicted of charges related to the securities fraud scheme in which Marshall is accused of participating.
Prosecution witnesses also include other former Home Solutions of America associates who settled with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for roles played in the scheme.
