Frenchy’s Café Inc. and the U.S. Department of Labor agreed to settle a lawsuit alleging the company violated minimum wage and overtime compensation laws.
The popular Clearwater Beach restaurant agreed to pay $122,543 in back wages plus liquidated damages of $67,398, or a total of $189,941, to employees, according to Tampa federal court records.
