A Tampa federal judge sentenced Carlos Johnson to eight years in prison for wire fraud and aggravated identity theft.
He also faces a money judgment of $431,625 – the proceeds of the offenses – and was ordered to forfeit a Cadillac and Dodge Charger, according to a written release.
