Acadia Healthcare has completed its purchase of the stock of Ten Broeck Tampa Inc. as part of a $92 million deal also involving a Capestrano Investment Company hospital in San Juan, Puerto Rico.
Acadia (NASDAQ: ACHC), based in Franklin, Tenn., also is paying the construction costs for TBT facility being developed in Tampa, according to a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
